Eric and Brian
Brian and Eric have known each other since 2011 and have been living life Alaskan ever since. Brian grew up in Alabama which gives his food and recipes a little bit of a southern kick to it. The two of them met working at a restaurant called Tracy’s King Crab Shack which specializes in Alaskan seafood. Brian went on to work for the premiere chef in town who taught him a lot about presentation, preparation, and how to compliment a main course with a killer side dish. Brian has been fishing and hunting for as long as he can remember and he says the thrill of the first fish each season always makes it worth it. Eric is from Los Angeles and spent most of his time there up until his mid twenties. He has slowly been making his way up the coast and ended up in Juneau three years ago. Eric went on to work for the State of Alaska and has continued with his passion of cooking at home. So, if you are looking for a different take on some great seafood look no further.
Eric and Brian will be featured every first and third Thursday of the month, and their most recent recipe was for a Panko Fried Pacific Black Cod.
